Summer 2020 is an unknown. We are hopeful that we can run shorter sailing classes with less kids.

Lunches willl likely be eliminated and snacks will be encouraged. We will stagger classes and encourage kids to sail in singlehanded boats like the Opti. We will continue to update this page and our emails with our most current thinking. We encourage you to sign up now with the deposit coupon below - classes will be smaller and will likely fill quickly.

For Summer season 2020 we've updated and reimagined some of our classes based on your demands and requests, and to improve our sailing school experience. The littlest sailors (HARBOR MICE) are now invited to come for 4-week sessions that operate Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9am-12pm for a better intro to sailing.

(*C-19 update - Harbor Mice class and Beginner Mercury classes are in question for summer 2020 due to the nature of many kids in a small boat with an instructor)  Our BEGINNERS will be encouraged to go right to sailing the Optimist, but more timid sailors have the choice of starting with a Sailing Assistant on a Mercury.

KEELBOAT is a more advanced option for older kids who want to fly spinnakers and advance their skills and big boat handling, sail trim, and navigation. Read more below and as always, reach out to Mike Zonnenberg, Program Director, with questions.
