Beginning Mercury
This
class is recommended for students ages 8 years or older who have no
previous sailing experience, or who want to extend their skills from the
previous season. Sailors will focus on the fundamentals of basic
sailing. Older students will have the opportunity to advance into other
boats for more experience throughout the summer.

Beginning Mercury Classes are offered every M/W or T/Th, from 9 - 4, during our 8 week summer program. They are also offered in 2 week sessions, which meet Monday - Thursday from 9 - 4. Please see below for a complete summer schedule.

Sailing is a very weather effected activity, and all of our classes run
rain or shine. Here in the northeast the weather can change on short
notice so students should be prepared for hot, cold, sun, rain and wind. Click here for a list required and recommended equipment.
